“ Anchors Fish and Chips may not seem particularly special at first glance, but it has a magnetic pull that keeps drawing me back whenever I'm in San Jose. My favorite dish here is the Lobster Roll, and I think it's perfect. Some might say there's too much mayo, but I believe that's what makes it so juicy. There's still a generous portion of lobster and a fantastic brioche bun, so don't worry about any unusual ingredients. The interior isn't much to speak of since the place is in a food court. However, the food court itself is quite lovely. You can find a great selection of beer at neighboring kiosks and relax in the outdoor area, sometimes even with live music. Absolutely worth a visit if you happen to be nearby! ”
